Start with 3 cubes of ice. Crush it in a blender.
Half a mango.
Half a cup of organic baby spinach. I try to consume organic produce which i take in its raw form.
Half a cup of organic baby kale leaves.
Add around 1/2 cup of water and blend till smooth. You can also add pineapple chunks. I didnt, as the purpose here is to consume greens without adding too many fruits. Enjoy this for a quick breakfast or as an evening refresher.
